The information contained on our Site has been created with the utmost care. However, we make no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of any information on the Site. As a service provider, according to § 7 para 1 TMG (Austrian Teleservices Act), we are responsible for our own content on this Site in accordance with general legislation. However, under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we, as the service provider, are not obliged to supervise third-party information which has been transferred or stored or to look into circumstances pointing to unlawful activity. This provision does, however, not affect our obligations under general legislation to remove or block the use of certain information. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible to the extent to which we become aware of a specific legal infringement. Upon becoming aware of such legal infringements we shall immediately remove such content.

We have no influence over the content of such websites and are therefore unable to accept any liability for the content of these third-party websites. The content of linked pages is always the responsibility of the provider or operator of those pages. The linked pages were checked for potential legal infringements at the time they were linked. At the time the link was set up, the pages had no apparent illegal content.
